Meet Robyn

I’m Robyn—a transformational coach, podcast host, speaker, and author of the upcoming book, "Messy to Magical: Transforming Pain into Power and Purpose".

For the first three decades of my life, I believed self-trust was something that other people had. You know the type…the women with natural confidence, the ones that seem so convicted in their decisions, the ones who move through life with clarity and courage. 

​

Meanwhile, I often found myself in perpetual cycles of doubt, overthinking, questioning, and a seemingly endless quest for my purpose. I was a perfectionist, convinced that my worthiness and finally feeling enough would be found on the other side of achieving my next gold star. 

​

Looking back in hindsight, I know I wasn’t lacking intuition. I was overriding it, which further disconnected me from my inner wisdom. 

Like many women, I had learned to prioritize approval, expectations, and performance over the quiet wisdom of my own body.

​

But life has a way of waking us up. 

​

Sometimes gently, or sometimes (ahem…like in my case, where I ignored the soul whispers until they turned into screams) through experiences that crack us completely open. 

​

My journey into this work wasn’t a straight line. It unfolded through a series of moments that challenged me to rebuild the relationship I had with myself from the ground up. 

​

Through my podcast and social media, I share from the heart about the many challenges I’ve transmuted in hopes that you can find glimmers of the same power within you. From navigating facial paralysis as a tween, to initiating my spiritual awakening through finding the courage to leave a long-term narcissistic abusive relationship, to being transformed and initiated by motherhood and many moments in between, I have remembered the truth of who I am.

 

I have reclaimed the innate power and worthiness we are all born with.
